Journaling and Living Better

Journaling isn't new, it's been talked about for decades, and while it's not for everyone, just writing things down can make a difference, even if it's just for you. Journaling doesn't need to be done at someone else's rules nor does it need to be done "one way". Journaling at its heart should be done just for you and your enjoyment or happiness. I don't journal like most do, I write things down that either stick with me or to remind myself of the awesome wins that happened that day.
