Spring Is In The Air
Today I want to send some positive affirmations your way. What better time to do so, then with the flowers blooming and the skies turning blue (at least by me, lol)
So I am someone who doesn't get outside a lot due to personal struggles and I am here to share what I am going to do in hopes it might help you.
First off, standing by open doors or windows. This might seem odd but it's a way for me to breathe in the world without being fully engulfed yet. Next, visiting quiet areas like fields or open space where there is a lot of space to stretch your arms (literally). Lastly, making time to go outside and explore. Maybe take some photos of clouds or just watch a bird or two going about the day.
I know its a lot sometimes and being present and open can be hard. I want you to know that we here want to be your personal cheerers and let you know "YOU GOT THIS FRIEND".
